Not Back-to-School Blog Hop: Day-in-the-Life Week

Look! I updated our graphic to reflect that week 5 is a go. What does this mean?

Next Monday, the linky will go up so you can post the gently used curriculum that would you like to sell. Buyers can contact sellers directly through their comments and arrange payment/shipping. I will be having a special curriculum drive for a dear family in need, as well – I am counting on this gentle community to rally around one of our own who needs us.

This week is Day in the Life!

Show us, tell us – video, photograph or narrate – a day in your homeschool. This is our chance to see your little class’s personality. Then link your post’s permalink. Please note, I’ve had to delete a few links. This is not because I don’t love ya – but many people have bookmarked and stumbled these posts as favorites. When they come back in a few weeks or months your blog post won’t be found. It’ll be long gone. So permalinks please!

MckLinky will be live until Friday night at midnight.

Thank you for hosting this virtual event. I actually had two day-in-the-life entries, so I entered both.

I love taking a peek into the daily routines of others! I always find a better way to do something.

Thanks for hosting this, great idea! I joined & promoted on my blog, Twitter & PaperBackSwap’s homeschool discussion board.

What is the curriculum sale week about? I can’t find an explanation. Thanks!

Thanks again for doing this. I couldn’t post the last two weeks but I can this week. I can’t wait to read everyone’s posts and glean from their wisdom.

I Just found this site through Weird Unsocialized Homeschoolers, so I hope it’s ok to join in over here in the UK! I wasn’t sure what permalinks were, so perhaps someone could help me if I haven’t done that right.

We did our first ‘day in the life’ of post last week, so it was lovely to find this thread and join in with everyone else :)

I’m not sure we have much wisdom to share but I hope some of your readers like looking at our photos and sharing in our day!

There is a link in the post explaining what a permalink is. But I also made pretty pictures in this post: http://www.my3boybarians.com/2009/08/not-back-to-school-blog-hop-curriculum-week-2009/

Alternatively, here is the Google search results for “What is a permalink?”
What is a permalink?

Hope that clarifies! :)

How fun! I look forward to visiting everyone’s links, even though I am a little late to the party!
