I couldn’t have asked for better subjects. Or cuter ones. These proofs are for their mommy who happens to be visiting all the way from Texas.
Introducing Baby N:

Big brother J:

An attempt at both – wow this was challenging! There were only 4 or 5 takes, this was the best of those.

J and N’s mom and I were neighbors in the dorms… way back in… um… well, recently.
It was fun to catch up.
(Thanks for letting me make models out of your boys. They were so good!)

Wow! You did a great job! I know how challenging photographing boys at that age can be!
Nicely done! I especially like the one where he is sucking his fingers… oh so sweet!
Oh Darcy!!!
These are soooo darling. I could just eat that first little guy up! Love those fingers in his mouth. Cause, y’know, that’s cute with a baby. (not so cute with my own 6yo, ahem!)
Darcy – such an amazing job! You made my nephews look absolutely beautiful! It was so great to see you yesterday!
Great pictures! What cute boys.
Fantastic pictures, Darcy! Big brother sure does have a great grin and they both have those happy eyes– adorable!
I’m still working on trying to de-fake-cheesy-camera-smile my boys.
These photos are so fantastic. I know it’s true because I got goosebumps!

how much fun! what great looking little dudes!
Absolutely beautiful. The children and the pics. You have a gift.
Awwwwww!!! They are both so sweet!! The fingers in the mouth baby shot and the 5-year old with his “surprise” look are my favorites!
Beautiful pictures! I especially like the finger-sucking one.
You did a beautiful job! Wish you were close to me~I’d have you capture my kids in a second~great job!
They are wonderful! I did a session with a 9 month and 5 year old a couple of weeks ago. Getting a picture of them together was near impossible. Every time we would put the 9 month old down off she would crawl. Could NOT keep her in one place. The only thing that would distract her were some flowers that I had brought along that she decided to try to eat. haha!
Adorable and you did a fabulous job!!
I agree with all the comments about how cute the boys are! And I should know, I am their Nana!!!!! Just don’t ask me which is my favorite, I love them ALL!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been on “vacation” from blogs for a while… did I miss something? Are you doing some professional photography now?
I’ve noticed that several friends are having family photos taken lately, and are using pros to do it. I’ve been looking at the websites of the photographers and they all look good, but if YOU are doing this, too, well then I don’t need to look any further- having been one of your (albeit quiet) readers for so long, I feel like I know you!
