I need simple, so I am glad you recommended picnic because I was thinking of buying the premium. Not a bad price for now. If I gain more of an interest and somehow acquire a whole lot of time (not!) then maybe I will get something bigger. I wondered if you have heard of aperture for Macs and what you think of it. I was trying to download gimp but was having trouble. Oh well, I try picnic for now. I have a hard time with taking my pictures in a smaller size, even though I know it’s doubtfull I’ll get large prints made, I do like to crop, and I’m afraid if I take smaller pictures, I’ll lose that option.
